This salad is in a Korean style and is best with very good tomatoes.
Slice salad tomatoes thin and arrange on the plate.
Slice an onion into small pieces. Rinse under cold water and drain. Arrange on the plate with the tomatoes.
For a sauce: mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil, rice vinegar, and a few sesame seeds. This will be a familar sauce to the sauce for bi bim bap vegetables.
