Tuna Pasta

  • 160 g (6 oz) can of tuna in brine
  • 400 g (14 oz) tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp capers
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Grated parmesan to serve
