Tuna Pasta
The recipe is from Titli’s Busy Kitchen.
- 160 g (6 oz) can of tuna in brine
- 400 g (14 oz) tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2-3 tbsp capers
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Grated parmesan to serve
